How do I Get 6 Pack Abs?

How Long Will it Take to Get a 6 Pack?
This depends on a number of factors, not least of which is where you are starting your 6 pack journey from. If you've let yourself go a little, haven't done a jot of exercise in the last 20 years, and have an untoned stomach, then it would be unrealistic to expect to have a full on 6 pack in a fortnights time.
It's very important that your expectations are realistic. If you set out expecting to look like a bodybuilder in no time flat then you're going to feel deflated when it doesn't happen, and you don't want to lose your motivation.
Generally, the fitter and more toned you are already, the faster you'll end up with 6 pack abs.
Another factor is how strictly you stick to both your diet, and your workout plan. If you only go at it half heartedly then don't expect anything other than half the results - show 100% effort and commitment from start to finish and you'll have the 6 pack you always dreamed of much faster than you think or expect!
